We provide excellent residential and commercial management services to residents and owners

In accordance with consumer legislation, we confirm that all prices quoted below are what you will pay.

Charges to Landlords

1) “Letting Only” 6% payable by Landlords, of the annual rental achieved for each letting, where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. The Agent’s fee is to be deducted from the monthly rental received.
2) “Letting and Rent Collection” 7% payable by Landlords, of the annual rent achieved for each letting. The Agent’s fee is to be deducted from the monthly rental received.
3) “Full Management” 8% payable by Landlords, of the annual rent achieved, for each letting. The Agent’s fee is to be deducted from the monthly rental received.
*Landlords will receive 3-Free months’ management service on each property they let through this service.

The fees referred to the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

*In rare circumstances where a Landlord may wish to cancel our management services, within the first

3-Free months’ of operating our Full Management service, the Landlord will be liable to reimburse to the Agent, the full costs incurred for advertising the property. Such costs will be evidenced accordingly and is usually between £35.00 and £50.00 per property marketed.

Minimum Fee

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service the Agent will charge a minimum fee which the Landlord will be liable to pay.

This fee is to be 6% of the agreed annual rent, plus other costs incurred, including a reasonable fee for the time management that has been provided, for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

The fees charged to tenants may change and we will endeavour to inform you of any such changes at the earliest opportunity.

Charges to Tenants

PDF Estates Ltd receives an “Introductory” fee from Octopus Energy for the supply of Gas and Electric services taken up by Landlords and/or Tenants we introduce. However, this fee does not affect the cost of service charges allocated to consumers.

PDF Estates Ltd does not receive any other commissions or fees from any other third party sources.
